The Educator Delegations program is a premier international forum for Chinese language education and professional development, supported by the Ministry of Education’s Center for Language Exchange and Cooperation (CLEC) and drawing on BFSU’s global network of Confucius Institutes.
The program brings together leading Chinese language educators, policy experts, university administrators, and government officials dedicated to advancing Chinese language education. The program creates a platform where senior-level education leaders collaborate on curriculum development, joint research, and long-term educational partnerships.
Program Focus: Participants engage in substantive dialogues with Chinese educators and institutional leaders, covering topics such as comparative education approaches, curriculum design, institutional partnerships, and academic collaboration. The program also incorporates cultural and social activities to provide educators with deeper insights into contemporary China.
Outcomes: Since its inception, the program has engaged over 100 education professionals from countries including the United States, Bulgaria, Spain, and Hungary. These exchanges have led to multiple institutional partnerships and collaborative initiatives, strengthening international understanding of Chinese culture and advancing Chinese language education worldwide.
