The opening ceremony of the CEEC (Central and Eastern European Countries) Confucius Institutes Summer Camp 2018 was held in BFSU  on July 18th. The camp, sponsored by Confucius Institute Headquarters/Hanban, has invited 760 students from 28 CIs in 15 countries to visit China, and it is the third year that the opening ceremony is held in BFSU. Zhao Guocheng, Deputy Chief Executive of the Confucius Institute Headquarters & Deputy Director General of Hanban; Peng Long, President of BFSU; Ambassadors of 10 Central and Eastern European Countries to China; and representatives from relevant universities attended the ceremony.
