On Nov. 19, 2021, a synchronous class on Chinese and Hungarian Folk Music was held. Hamar Imre, Vice Rector of ELTE and Hungarian Director of ELTE-CI, Jin Limin, Director of BFSU Office of Confucius Institutes, and Li Denggui, Chinese Director of ELTE-CI, attended the event. Du Yaxiong, an ethnomusicologist and professor from the China Conservatory of Music, and Ákos Erdős, an associate professor from the Department of Music of ELTE, introduced and played Chinese and Hungarian folk music on the spot. Nearly 40 undergraduates majoring in Hungarian at BFSU and master students from the Department of Music of ELTE participated.
