On Aug. 10, 2023, the online opening ceremony of the BFSU China-Vietnam Youth Exchange Summer Camp “Your Encounter with China” was held with 138 Vietnamese learners of Chinese attending. Peng Shituan, Cultural Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam, and Jin Limin, Director of the BFSU Office of Confucius Institutes, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches.
