On July 6, 2023, the opening ceremony of the Chinese Bridge Summer Camp for Qatari Youth was held at BFSU. It was co-hosted by CLEC, Chinese Embassy in Qatar, Qatar Ministry of Education, and BFSU and organized by the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press. Hu Zhiping, CLEC Deputy Director-General, and Zhao Gang, Vice President of BFSU, attended the ceremony and gave speeches.
