From May 21 to 30, 2023, Wang Dinghua, Chairman of the University Council of BFSU, led a delegation to visit Belgium, Hungary, and Spain. During the visit, the delegation visited the Belgium China Association, CIB, observed Chinese classes at CIB, and explored new directions for cooperation. The delegation visited the University of Liège, CIL, and signed a student exchange agreement. The delegation visited Eötvös Loránd University, ELTE-CI, the ELTE-affiliated teaching site at Trefort Ágoston Gyakorló Gimnázium, signed a partnership and cooperation agreement with Eötvös Loránd University, as well as a student exchange agreement, and further discussed cooperative projects. The delegation visited the University of Barcelona, FICB in Spain, and discussed joint regional research projects. Wang Dinghua also visited CI Chinese directors, international Chinese language teachers, and volunteer Chinese language teachers at CIs in Belgium, Hungary and Spain.
