On Sept. 20, 2024, the opening ceremony for the 2024 cohort of doctoral students in BFSU’s China Studies Program was held. Attendees included Jin Limin, Director of the Office of Confucius Institutes; Li Maolin, Deputy Director of the International Office and Director of the International Students Office; Zhang Tianwei, representative of doctoral supervisors for the China Studies Program and Director of the Research Office; Fan Jing, Academic Secretary of the Graduate School of Translation and Interpretation; Wang Ling, Academic Secretary of the National Research Centre for Foreign Language Education; as well as new and current doctoral students in the program.
