Local time April 10th to 17th, BFSU Vice President Yan Guohua led a delegation to Portugal and Albania. The delegation had discussions and signed collaboration agreements with University of Coimbra, University of Lisbon, University of Vlorë in Portugal as well as University of Tirana and the Academy of Sciences of Albania,  and paid visits to Chinese Embassy in Portugal, Chinese Embassy in Albania and the City Hall of Vlorë. The delegation also held the Board Meeting of CIUT and inspected the Confucius Classroom hosted by the University of Tirana in Ali Demi senior school.
