The 10th “You and Me in Beijing” Summer Camp, sponsored by Confucius Institute Headquarters/Hanban and organized by BFSU, was officially started on July 17th,. More than 120 middle school students and teachers from the ROK, Britain, Italy, Belgium, Hungary, Bulgaria and Poland participated in the opening ceremony.

The theme of this year’s camp is “Joy, Exchange, Understanding and Integration”. During 10 days, the campers had Chinese language and culture courses and a series of activities, including cultural festival, dance performance, cultural tours and visiting Chinese families. In this way, they had a taste of China and its diversified culture.

“You and Me in Beijing” Summer Camp is a brand program developed independently by BFSU. It has been held for 10 consecutive years since its launch in 2008. Over the previous 10 years, BFSU has received more than 1000 students from 22 cities in 17 countries across Asia, Europe and America.
