On Feb. 17, CIL held a Spring Festival concert at the Val Saint-Lambert Castle in Belgium. Jean-Jacques Cuvelier, Belgian Director, and Zhang Yingxuan, Chinese Director of CIL, delivered speeches. The concert featured performances by renowned Belgian pianist and composer Jean Marie Rens, lyric soprano Li Min, and Belgian saxophone artist Robert Jeanne.
