On Jan. 17, OCI hosted its first session of modern Chinese literature online book club in 2025. The session featured Fan Xiaoqing’s work Ying Yang Alley. The English translator, Helen Wang, was invited to participate. A total of 31 literature enthusiasts from the UK, the US, China, and other countries joined the event online.
