On Dec. 4, 2024, the Hebei Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, the Chinese Culture Center in Sofia, and CIS jointly organized the “So Close, So Beautiful——Welcome to Hebei” cultural and tourism promotion event in Bulgaria. The event was attended by Li Xinjie, Deputy Director of the Hebei Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism; Guan Xin, Cultural Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Bulgaria; and Iva Trifonova, Advisor to the Bulgarian Minister of Tourism. Nearly 200 people participated.
