Oct. 22nd, Yu Yunfeng, Deputy Director General of Hanban visited Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) and CIHUFS, accompanied by Shao Xubo, Head of Division of Asian and African Confucius Institute, Suo Xiaokun, Deputy Head of Division of Finance, Guan Jiatong & Lv Hao, Project Officers, and Yu Yongquan, First Secretary of the Chinese Embassy in the Republic of Korea.

The delegation went to CIHUFS and held a symposium there, which was attended by Park Heungsoo, Korean Director of CIHUFS, and Chinese Director Miao Chunmei, as well as teachers from the Confucius Institute. During the symposium, Yu Yunfeng emphasized that BFSU, as the Chinese partner of HUFS, built a good platform for the interactive activities conducted by two universities. The two universities also achieved a lot in the establishment of the Confucius Institute.
