At 1:30 p.m., in the yard of Hofstatt Shopping Mall in the prosperous city center of Munich,Lotus out of the Water, a classic zither music, led the day’s activities organized by CIM. Along with the beautiful melody, the Chinese tea art began. The audience watched eagerly and paused to think, losing themselves in the graceful string music and tea art related performances. As the music completed with tea emitting fragrance, tea specialists served tea in person to the audience. When drinking, audiences asked the staff about Chinese tea art, showing a strong interest.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the yard, red Chinese knots and Chinese characters of exotic features hanging up overhead attracted many citizens. Zhang Junping, a national-level artist and member of the China Calligraphers Association, coming with the touring team from BFSU, performed an on-site show of Chinese calligraphy. His concentration and devotion won much applause from the audience.

Activities went on successfully, with everyone beaming with joy. Many citizens were so attracted by Chinese culture that they were reluctant to leave even at 20:00 when the activities came to an end.
